The following contract is made between the i-labs group and Joyamo.com
The acceptance of those conditions is mandatory to register on joyamo.com.

Use of Joyamo’s contents

All content on the site and available through the service, including designs, text, graphics, pictures, video, information, applications, software, music, sound and other files, and their selection and arrangement (the "Site Content"), are the proprietary property of i-labs srl, its users or its licensers with all rights reserved. No site content may be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, scraped, displayed, posted, transmitted or sold in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, without i-labs srl prior permission

It is forbidden for you to upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make available any content that we deem to be harmful, threatening, unlawful, defamatory
It is forbidden for you to upload, post, transmit, share or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, solicitations, promotional materials, "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", or any other form of solicitation w/out the agreement of i-labs srl

i-labs group rights

i-labs srl reserve the right of:

If we do this, we will post the changes to these Terms of Use on this page. Your continued use of the service or the site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use

Participating at the “game contest” gives you the chance to demonstrate your ability. Joyamo.com will select 5 games, every 4 months, standing on the users opinion and a panel of experts. The winner will sign a fixed fee contract, plus revenues share on the total amount of advertising uploaded to the game.

. earn virtual money (token) taking advantage of bug’ games – advise us on info@joyamo.comin case a game distribute too many token
. invite fake users or third party w/out their agreement
. other further actions judged irregular from joyamo.com

Community guidelines refuse

Do not respect this community guidelines means being deleted, at any time. Joyamo.com will advise you in case of not respect of these conditions. Anyway  your will be sent off, and your personal information given to the public authorities, in case of continuing with the same uncorrect behaviour.
